    Each 3-hour session takes place on a specific trail, guided by a coach who’ll help you read terrain, choose lines and session key features to refine your flow and confidence. This is where you take what you’ve learned in fundamentals and skill sessions and apply it to real trail scenarios; building adaptability, awareness and trail smarts with every lap.

    We’ll stop, look and session sections that challenge you, exploring how to adjust body position, braking and timing to ride smoother, stronger and with more control. Whether it’s a roll-down, a tight corner or a punchy climb, you’ll get practical feedback and hands-on coaching to make it feel easier and more fun.
