Add playfulness to the trails. See new lines, add pop and bring power into every ride.

Our Pump and Jump course helps you unlock a fresh lens on the trails you know; injecting energy, airtime, and style into familiar terrain. It is also required for our Drops and Jumps courses.

Pump and Jump – Power and Pop lays the foundation for boosting confidence and control as you add lift, movement and timing to your ride. Perfect for intermediate riders, this course sets you up to build into more advanced jump and drop skills.

If you’re ready to start adding hucks, find flow and ride with a new sense of play, this is where it begins.

Course Description:

This pumptrack session is designed to help intermediate riders bring their riding to life with more energy, confidence and control.

We start by exploring how to pump through the trail, adding movement and momentum by timing pressure and release. You’ll learn how to read the terrain and decide when (and how much) to pump to create speed and flow. From there, we move into wheel lifts and timing small pops, building the sensation of leaving the ground with purpose and control.

As you grow more confident, we bring it all together – linking movements with terrain and building playful, powerful riding. We finish the session with braking and speed control drills, ensuring you’re staying safe and in control while exploring new ways to ride.

This course builds the groundwork for safe and effective jumps and drops, giving you the tools to explore air with confidence in the next phase of the Pump and Jump series.

Course rating: Spicy
